Releasing is a simple and yet powerful method of
clearing painful or limiting programs and feelings from the past which
prevent us from fully expressing the essence of who we are. As these old
patterns are released, we come to a new balance in body, mind and soul. In the Releasing Process inner divine guidance is asked to bring up the most important negative or limiting memory from the past to be lovingly confronted, neutralized and released. After exploring and identifying the surrounding issues, beliefs and feelings and their impact on your life, you make the release by simply stating your intention in a form such as: “I release the [key emotion or belief] … I let it go.” By systematically recalling and integrating memories that are often hidden or suppressed, your vital life force is liberated, you will experience a more joyful, balanced, healthy and abundant life.
Once learned and understood, Releasing can be used to clear disturbances as they occur in our daily lives, as well as by working in depth in the Releasing Process.
An introductory talk provides a theoretical and practical introduction to Releasing. Kinesiology (muscle testing) will be used to demonstrate the immediate effect of appropriate Releasing Statements.Individual sessions provide a rapid and powerful opportunity to move beyond old limiting patterns. Connecting with your own inner wisdom, you will explore, release and heal precisely those issues which you are ready to move through now.Mini-workshops and workshops in one- and two-day formats provide a loving supportive environment in which participants are assisted in working together guiding each other in the Releasing process.
